Instructions:
- Cut the fish fillets into small, manageable pieces.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each piece of fish in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the fish pieces for 2-3 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fish from the skillet and let it drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or in the oven.

- Serve the fish tacos with lime wedges on the side.
