Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Drunk Chicks Craft Sauces Psycho Chick - Sweet Sriracha Sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, snap peas, and broccoli to the hot skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Sweet Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve the Sweet Sriracha veggie stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy as a vegetarian main dish or as a side dish with your favorite protein.
