Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup Drunk Chicks Craft Sauces Sassy Chick - Alabama White BBQ Sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves or bread rolls for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, chopped pickles, red onion, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Alabama White BBQ Sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Serve the chicken salad on lettuce leaves as a refreshing salad or use it as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.
